Nokia Dual Sim Phones in 2010

Nokia which was the sole leader in the Mobile phone market, has been having some hard time lately with the Dual sim phones and the rapid increase in the models released by some competitors like Samsung who are going all out to snatch the mobile market from Nokia.

Nokia is going to release its Dual sim Phones in the second quarter of 2010.


Samsung, LG, Motorolla the  internationally accredited brands have forayed into the Dual sim market, and been quite successful. And there is also some stiff competition from the local makers like Spice , Acer, Intex, Airfone and Karbonn.

Apple iPhone 4G packed with 5Mp camera ??

The next generation iPhone which is mostly expected to be announced in the summer by Apple is going to have a 5 Mp camera much to the relief of all the iPhone fans.

Apple which has neglected on the camera section in the last two iPhones, has finally took the right step, as it has apparently ordered 40-45 million camera units from OmniVision Technologies for 2010.

There are some high expectation with the Media Event scheduled for Jan 26.

Microsoft to release iPhone competitors in 2010

Microsoft is going to challenge Apple in yet another segment after challenging it with the Zune HD against the iTouch, which is quite impressive.
Steve Jobs iPhone which is on top of the shelf with the best smartphone ever and is still going strong, will be targeted by Microsoft which is said to be releasing 2 Slider phones at CES in January 2010. Developed under the project “Pink”.
They will be done with collaboration with SHARP and will be named “Microsoft+Sharp” products.


One of the Sliders is codenamed as “Turtle” as you can see form the picture that it shows some similarity with the creature.

Palm Pixi Coming Officially

Palm company is following up the most popular phone by far from it “The Palm Pre ” with the Palm Pixi which is a cousin of the Pre as it has the Qwerty keypad as th Pre but the difference is that it is a Bar.

The Official Palm blog says:

“All the power of Palm webOS — including multitasking activity cards, Palm Synergy, intuitive notifications, and universal search will soon be available in a striking new form factor. Palm Pixi — due on the Sprint network in time for the holidays — is Palm’s thinnest phone ever.”

Nokia revealed the X3 first in the series with yet another release the X6.

Nokia is really getting into the race by getting out this beauty and the features are the one of a normal Smartphone but the overall package looks attractive.
