How to Install Simple Startup Password:

1) Go to Google Chrome web Store – https://chrome.google.com/webstore

2) Type Simple Startup Password in the top right box for Search.

3) Then there will be options coming up in the Extensions.

4) Then on clicking the App opens and you will given an option to Install the App. Which will be automatically installed.5) To type the Password you have to got the Settings -> Tools -> Extensions.

6) Extensions page opens and you can see your app in that where you have to go into the Options as seen in the image below.

7) Which will opens a page showing Enter Password, where you have to enter your desired password and press Enter which will open a box ‘Password was Safed’

 And after opening Google chrome browser the next time you will be asked to “Enter Browser Startup Password”

So this is how you can Password protect your Google Chrome browser avoiding unwanted access.

Symbian the most popular mobile OS till date is going to have a hard time as Sony has announced to cut off from Symbian OS system, this sounds to be a very hard time for Symbian as the only other company supporting it is Nokia which might also try to get something new with Apple iOS, Google Android and the latest Windows 7 gaining into the OS market.

Sony Ericson’s commitment with WP7 has spelled a huge loss for Symbian, hope it makes some drastic changes and holds onto  Nokia for its market share.

Samsung Galaxy Tablet:

The much awaited Samsung Galaxy Tab was revealed, at the IFA where the Samsung Galaxy Tab as “Tablet beyond any other tablet”

Dell Streak:

The Dell Streak was intended to straddle the gap between smartphones and tablets–an official blog post described the Dell Streak as “a hybrid device that lives in the space between a smartphone and other larger tablets or netbooks that you might be using right now.”

Archos Android Tablets:

Archos is launching five Android 2.2-based tablets later this year. The tablets vary in size, specs, and price, ranging from 3 to 10-inches in size and priced between $99.99 and $349.99

Notion Ink Adam:

The Android-powered Notion Ink Adam, will reportedly launch in late 2010 or early 2011–after numerous delays. (Notion Ink CEO Rohan Shravan said of the tablet’s release,”We will have the device before the year ends. It will be introduced at a major event after which you can order it online.”) According to Engadget, units will likely cost “$498 with WiFi, 3G, GPS, and a Tegra 2 system-on-chip powering things, with prices dipping down to $449 if you exclude either the 3G or Pixel Qi display option, and $399 if you drop both and make do with a WiFi-only LCD-based tablet.

Asus’ Eee Pads:

Asus has announced three versions of its Eee Pad tablets: two models, one slated for release in late 2010 and another in early 2011, will run on Microsoft’s Windows 7, while a third, Android-based Eee Pad is planned for March 2011.

ExoPC Slate:

According to the official ExoPC website, the 11-inch tablet will have a multi-touch interface, WiFi, Bluetooth, a webcam, microphone, 4-hour battery, and run Windows 7. The Expo PC will be priced at around $620

Cisco Cius:

Cisco announced its plans to release an Android tablet geared towards business users in early 2011. Cisco’s Cius tablet, which will have a 7-inch screen, 8-hour battery, and two cameras, will focus on videoconferencing. According to the Associated Press, Cisco hopes to offer the device for under $1000.

With some cool features like multitasking, Flash, SD card slot, USB, along with the Android Marketplace which are all set to challange the Apple iPad, this We Tab is one Tab Apple has to beware of. ViewPad 100:

ViewSonic’s ViewPad 100 one of the five best tablets “revealed so far.” “The killer feature in the ViewSonic ViewPad 100 is dual-booting capabilities with Windows 7 and Android. Specified at 10-inch 1024×600 capacitive multi-touch display, 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB solid-state hard drive (expandable via microSD), Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS, two USB ports, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing webcam, and Windows 7 alongside Android 1.6, of course.

HP Hurricane:

This Tablet is said to be based on Web OS and going to be released in and around early 2011. Will be interesting to see how the Web OS fares on a Tablet PC.

RIM BlackPad

Research In Motion (RIM), the creator of the BlackBerry, is rumored to be working on its own tablet. The device, unofficially dubbed the “BlackPad”, is slated for a November 2010 release and will feature a 9.7-inch screen.

Toshiba Folio 100

Toshiba recently announced that its 10-inch Folio 100 tablet will be out by the end of the year and the Folio 100 supports Adobe Flash, is multi-touch, comes with an embedded webcam, can connect to the web via WiFi, and will sell for around $500.

It is basically seen as a iTunes competitor.

It’s based solely around streaming titles from Sony’s servers rather than physically purchasing individual files, which can be a costly affair.

Music Unlimited joins the already available video-on-demand service of Sony’s Qriocity service, which now sports a two-part tagline: “Music that follows you. Instant blockbuster movies.”

(Interestingly mSpot has been using the tagline “music that follows you” since launching last June.)

Sony will be able to deliver your music via internet-connected TVs, its PlayStation3 console or shove it at you through a network-connected Blu-ray player.

This new iOS 4.2 will be releasing for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch in November. Will be a welcome update for the iPad users.

Samsung is now entering into the OS market after grasping quite a good share of the Mobile market. Recently Samsung has introduces its own OS which is said to be based on Linux and is made available in UK so that developers can make Applications on the new platform.

Samsung has named it “BADA OS” which means Ocean in Korean language.

And it is out for the developers to bring out some good internet apps out for the OS so that it can compete with the big guns in the segment like Apple OS and Android OS by google.

Samsung has to come up with an App store also following Apple and Nokia. Samsung which is the largest mobile phone company in numbers, surely has some big ideas to take over the market completely.

Most of Samsung’s smartphones use Windows Mobile and the handset maker also launched one of the first Android-based phones.

The Microsoft company claims that Office 2010 will have the following benefits:

I cant see any new benefits in this list, all this can be achieved in the last Office as well, many of these depend on the persons ability to use the Office and upto its potential.

When the full version is released we have to see wether we have any major changes, which will be much welcome.

The Office has been a boon for everyone right from a student to a high end professional to give presentations. I must say we should thank everyone involved in bringing it to us.
