iPhone OS 3.1 Released for Developers

iPhone OS 3.1 which was rumored to be around the corner is finnaly surfaced and is available for the Developers, who will have to prepare Apps required.

The most important Tip is for the Ultrasn0w users with Jailbroken iPhones, should not upgrade to 3.1 as they might lock their phones again.
