µTorrent iPhone App Rejected, Renamed as µMonitor Over to Cydia

When i heard the name µTorrent iPhone app i was very exited that i will be able to use my iPhone to download movies with the help of torrents like Nokia Smartphones.

But unfortunately it is used to control remotely  µTorrent working on your computer.

But unfortunately it has been labeled as illegal on grounds of Anti-piracy and it moved into Cydia, from which the jailbroken iPhones can download it for free.

This App is called as µMonitor in Cydia, and the tutorial to install it is in here.

This App which makes it easier to view your favourite episodes of Discovery on the go. This iPhone App is a boon for people like me who are big fans of Discovery channel shows like “Time Wrap”, “Myth Busters” and “Man vs Wild”

Now i dont have to wait for the show to come on TV or go and download it in youtube, as i can just watch it off whenever i wish to on my iPhone.

First insight on the Apple Tablet

The Apple tablet which is one of the hot topics now has been confirmed with a cool pic which shows the similarity of the Tablet to the iPhone/iTouch.

The Tablet from Apple is expected to be released in the holiday season.

purplera1n – Jailbreak’s iPhone 3GS

purplera1n is the new Jailbreaking software for the all new iPhone 3GS is open for the public, given out by not the Dev-Team but a Boy named ‘George Hotz’ who was apparently fed up by the long wait Dev-Team is giving for the new unlock. This is what he has to say about it:

Normally I don’t make tools for the general public, and rather wait for the dev team to do it. But guys, whats up with waiting until 3.1? That isn’t how the game is played. We release, Apple fixes, we find new holes. It isn’t worth waiting because you might have the “last” hole in the iPhone. What last hole…this isn’t golf. I’ll find a new one next week.

How to Transfer Call to Voice Mail in iPhone

When you are recieving the call and want to silence it, all you have to do is

  1. Press the sleep button when you are recieving the call, and the call is silenced.
  2. The other way is to turn off the Vibration option and the Ringtone in your settings.

How to Set your iPhone to Sleep

If you are going to sleep and listening to some soothing songs in your iPhone and want your phone to go into sleep mode without you having to pause it or close it.

You have to know about the hidden option of your iPhone seen in the Clock App.
1) Tap the Clock icon on the Home Screen.

2)Then Click on the Timer icon on the Right side lower border of the page opened.


3) Then set the count down time which you want.

4)Then click on the “When the Timer Ends” button to get the settings which we want like the “Sleep iPod” option.
