The much speculated release of iPhone for the year 2009 at the WWDC was a great relief for all the people including me who were talking about it from days together.
The iPhone 3G which needed a renovation was done in grand style by apple releasing the iPhone 3Gs and the 3.0 OS which i will be discussing in the next post:

The specifications of the New Speed machine are:

-Video Camera: The much needed video camera facility is finally into the iPhone but not what everyone expected a second camera in the front which is not included, the camera is going to be a good 3-megapixel camera.

-The things which are justifying the name are 2.1x faster to launch Messages, 2.4x to load SimCity, 3.6x faster loading of Exel, 2.9x faster loadind of a large website. .

-The 3Gs supports a good 7.2Mbps HSPDA, which was given only by Sprint.

- The camera has also got a Autofocus which is a welcome feature as we face a lot of problem audjusting the phone to get a good focus.

- Video capture can be included into Apps due to the presence of Video Api.

- Digital Compass is also availlable for the adventurous people out there.

- iTunes backups are encrypted.

- Along with the increase in the Speed of the Phone there is a welcome increase in the Battery life which is increased by now up to
9 hours of internet surfing,
10 hours of video,
30 hours of audio,
12 hours of 2g talk-time,
5 hours of 3g talk-time.

- Colors: White and Black

Prices:
AT&T are giving out the iPhones for preordering at
Apple iPhone 3G S – 16 GB – $199 for a 2-yr contract,
Apple iPhone 3G S – 32 GB – $299 for a 2-yr contract,
Apple iPhone 3G S – 8 GB – $99 for a 2-yr contract.

The other companies which are giving out the iPhones are Telstra. . etc which is not yet out only AT&T is officially announced the sale.

iPhone 2009 already Listed in T-Mobile

The iPhone 2009 has already been listed in T-Mobile in Netherlands.

The New iPhone has been only seen y the name iPhone 2009 and is given in 5 types 16 & 32 GB white and black and a iPhone 2009 (NTB) God knows what that means, so have to just wait and watch for the release of the new iPhone.

iPhone Video (or) iPhone V3 ?

There are people who are saying that the new iPhone will be named iPhone Video and equal number of people saying that it will be named iPhone V3 where V3 might stand for either Video 3G/Version 3.

We can say that there is going to be a release of the next iPhone series as said in the saying ” there wont be any smoke without a fire” as the number of images and speculations going on about the phone are just the proof and the leaked images of the new iPhone with a video recording and a front cam have taken the iPhone expectations to a whole new height.

According to TUAW the new iPhone would be called the “iPhone Video”
Then it was the turn of iSpazio which said that iPhone comes with a front mounted camera which makes video calling possible as seen in this image

We can see that there is a small LED green light in the front like that of a mac camera in the front above the screen, so there are chances of transferring those features into this.
There are rumors in the air that there is also a separate button on the right side of the phone for the camera which is useful when the phone is used horizontally or landscape mode.

And there is another site AppleiPhoneapps.comwhich is new but claims to have got a close friend in Apple hardware dept, they are stating the following 16 specifications for the upcoming iPhone:

So finally after all this gossip about the new iPhone we have to just wait and watch the original thing to come out either on WWDC or in an Apple release.

Apple iPhone 3G for 99$ by Fido

Fido is going to launch the 4GB version of iPhone at 99$ with a 3 year agreement.
When Fido released its 2009 Roadmap we could see that the specifications given in the release were

Quadband GSM
2 MP camera
Touchscreen
Videocalling (iChat)
Email and messaging

Videocalling which is possible only with a camera placed in the front seems to be a cool addition to the already much talked about release this year.

iPhone 2009 Release News

As i said in the earlier post the new iPhone which is rumored to be released in June 2009 is said be coming with a wide range of hard disk sizes to choose from according to your choice.
The iPhone which is going to be released in 4 GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB are said to be priced aggressively known from sources.

There are said to be releasing at least 2 new models this year.
The new features along with those mentioned in the above post include Video recording facility, autofocus for camera, magnetic compass, voice recorder and a much needed percentage meter for battery life, this is added with a OLED display and a glowing Apple logo in the back which ight also act as a flash for the camera( just my assumption).

The release is mostly going to be at the WWDC(
World wide developers conference 2009), so waiting for its release which is rumored around
