The all new iPhone 3GS which has been released recently haas already been taken apart and the changes which Apple has done internally ahs been exposed already.
The iPhone 3GS is seen with the same external hardware but has the changes well hidden in the hardware.

- Remove the Screws and Lift the LCD screen
- Saperate the front half from the Back panel, and free the LCD module from the Frame.
